How is billing handled?: All subscriptions are billed weekly. There are no setup fees and no minimum commitment periods. You are invoiced each week for the tier in use.
Can I change tiers?: Yes. Tier changes take effect at the start of your next billing week. Contact your account manager or email us to make an adjustment.
What is the delivery window?: You agree on a weekly delivery window during your intake call — typically a two-hour window that fits your staff schedule. We stay within that window every week.
How do I cancel?: Cancel with two weeks notice by emailing your account manager. No penalty, no forms to fill out. Your last delivery is confirmed by email.
